How to Book
To book an appointment with a qualified veterinary physiotherapist please contact Emily via phone, email or fill out the form below.
PLEASE NOTE: A Veterinary Physiotherapist can only perform under the referral of a Veterinary Surgeon as part of the Veterinary Surgery (Exemptions) Order 2015. However, as of November 2020, the RCVS released new guidance in the form of Chapter 19 in the Code of Professional Conduct which outlined that musculoskeletal therapists would not have to seek veterinary referral for maintenance care. Therefore, veterinary referral will be only required from patients currently under the care of a veterinary surgeon and not for maintenance treatments. If you wish to book a veterinary physiotherapy appointment for your dog or horse then please take the time to download the referral/consent form here and complete ‘owner details’ and ‘animal details’ and then hand the form to your vet to complete. Once the vet has signed and completed the referral form and sent it back to us, your physio appointment can be confirmed.
While Veterinary consent is not required for maintenance or conditioning cases, your animal must still be registered with a veterinary practice. Your vet will be notified prior to the initial consultation. If an injury or pathology is discovered during the appointment, treatment will be stopped and your will be referred back to your vet. If you wish to book a veterinary physiotherapy appointment for maintenance or conditioning cases, then please take the time to download and completed the client consent form here.
By confirming your physiotherapy appointment, you are agreeing to that you have read and understood the terms and conditions
